I.1. The Booster Services are a Bank Product that enables eligible users (“you” or “your”) to access and use an unsecured credit card linked to your Primary Linked Account (defined below) for the purpose of making eligible Purchases (defined below) and, where applicable, helping users build credit history. Where Autopay is enabled, your Outstanding Balance (defined below) is automatically repaid via ACH debit from your Primary Linked Account, with such debits initiated after eligible transactions settle rather than on a fixed billing-cycle basis. If Autopay is disabled, you must repay your Outstanding Balance manually by the applicable Due Date. Balances are not designed to be carried over and must be repaid as they become due.
I.2. By enrolling in or accessing Booster, you agree to these Booster Product Terms (“Booster Terms”). These Booster Terms supplement, and are incorporated into, the Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Booster Terms and the Terms, these Booster Terms shall prevail solely with respect to your use of the Booster Services. The Booster Services are currently designed to operate without requiring a security deposit or charging interest; however, certain fees or charges may apply as disclosed in these Booster Terms, or other applicable agreements and disclosures provided by us.
I.3. Your Booster Card (as defined below) is primarily governed by the Booster Credit Card Cardholder Agreement issued by FNBL (the “Cardholder Agreement”), which is provided to you as part of the Booster Services-related documents at account opening and is available at any time through the Platform. These Booster Terms set forth the platform-level terms applicable to your use of the Booster Services and supplement, but do not replace, the Cardholder Agreement. You should carefully review the Cardholder Agreement for complete information about your rights and obligations in connection with the Booster Services, including terms not addressed or summarized in these Booster Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Booster Terms and the Cardholder Agreement with respect to such bank-provided disclosures, the Cardholder Agreement shall prevail. Additional terms, disclosures, and conditions imposed by applicable payment networks, including Mastercard International Incorporated, may also apply to your use of the Booster Card. In the event of any conflict between these Booster Terms or the Cardholder Agreement and the Mastercard Network Rules with respect to the use, processing, or settlement of transactions, the Mastercard Network Rules shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
I.4. Certain features of the Pulse Services will be made available as part of the Booster Product at no additional cost.

Your use of such account linking functionality is subject to the applicable provider’s terms of service and privacy policy, which you should review before linking your account. VI.1. Your eligibility for the Booster Services and your Initial Spending Limit may be determined based on cashflow underwriting, Primary Linked Account information, risk assessments, and other underwriting criteria determined by FNBL from time to time, as described further in the Cardholder Agreement. FNBL does not guarantee approval for the Booster Services or the availability of any minimum Initial Spending Limit or any particular subsequent Spending Limit at any given time.
VII.1. Following successful completion of onboarding, verification, and underwriting processes as described in these Booster Terms and the Cardholder Agreement, FNBL may issue a Booster Card to you. The Booster Card will be made available through the Platform as a virtual card, and a physical card will be delivered to the address associated with your Account.
VII.2. The Platform will enable you to manage certain Booster Card functionality, including activating your Booster Card, freezing or unfreezing your Booster Card, reporting your Booster Card as lost, stolen, or compromised, and requesting a replacement Booster Card.
VII.3. Activating Your Card. You must activate the virtual and/or physical Booster Card before it can be used. You may activate it through the Platform. You will be prompted to select a PIN when you activate your Booster Card. You should keep your PIN confidential and ensure that you do not write or keep your PIN with the Booster Card. Additional information regarding PIN and account safety can be found in the Cardholder Agreement. If you believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your PIN, you must inform us immediately.
VII.4. Use of Booster Card. You may use the Booster Card to Purchase goods or services everywhere Mastercard cards are accepted, subject to certain limitations as detailed in these Booster Terms and the Cardholder Agreement. IX.1. You acknowledge and agree that FNBL may furnish information relating to your Booster Card, including repayment history, Outstanding Balances, delinquency, and other account-related information, to consumer reporting agencies, including TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, in accordance with applicable law.
IX.2. Timely repayments and responsible use of the Booster Services may contribute to your credit history; however, FNBL does not guarantee any specific impact on your credit score or credit profile. Late payments, failed repayments, ACH reversals, delinquency, and other negative account activity may also be reported to consumer reporting agencies in accordance with applicable law and may negatively affect your credit score and credit profile.
IX.3. When bureau reporting is active, your Booster Card account may be reported to consumer reporting agencies as an unsecured credit card with a portfolio type of “Open”, and your credit limit may be reported as $0. A reported credit limit of $0 reflects the charge-card structure under which your full balance is required to be repaid when due and does not affect your ability to make Purchases up to your Spending Limit.
IX.4. Third-Party Scores. FNBL may make your credit score or credit monitoring information available through the Platform via third-party providers such as TransUnion TrueEmpower. Such scores are provided for informational purposes only and may differ from scores used by lenders or other third parties in their own credit decisions.

(a) the right to know if information in your credit profile has been used against you in connection with any credit, employment, or other decision. (b) the right to access your credit file from consumer reporting agencies at www.annualcreditreport.com in certain circumstances;
(c) the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in your credit report with both the relevant consumer reporting agency and the furnisher of the information;
(d) the right to have inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information corrected or removed from your credit report;

(f) the right to seek damages from violators of the FCRA.
IX.6. Adverse Action. If FNBL takes adverse action against you based in whole or in part on information obtained from a consumer reporting agency or other information source (including, without limitation, a reduction in your Spending Limit, suspension of Booster Services, or denial of an application), or otherwise takes adverse action within the meaning of the Fair Credit Reporting Act or the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, FNBL shall, to the extent required by applicable law, provide you with an adverse action notice identifying the basis for such action and your rights under applicable law.
IX.7. Furnisher Obligations. FNBL, as applicable, will maintain reasonable procedures designed to promote the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies in connection with your use of the Booster Services. If you believe that information furnished about your Booster Card is inaccurate or incomplete, you may dispute such information by contacting FNBL at support@ryze.bank or by contacting the applicable consumer reporting agency directly. FNBL, as applicable, will investigate disputes in accordance with the FCRA and applicable furnisher rules.
IX.8. Bureau Reporting Timing. Bureau reporting to TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax may not commence at the time of initial account opening. FNBL will notify you when bureau reporting becomes active in connection with your account. For the avoidance of doubt, on-time repayments made prior to the commencement of bureau reporting shall not be reported to consumer reporting agencies retroactively unless FNBL expressly notifies you otherwise. FNBL does not guarantee that any particular account activity will be reported, or reported within any particular timeframe, except to the extent required by applicable law.
X.1. Network Rules. The Booster Card operates on the Mastercard payment network. Your use of the Booster Card is subject to the rules, regulations, operating standards, and policies of Mastercard International Incorporated (“Mastercard Network Rules”), as amended from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Booster Terms and the Mastercard Network Rules with respect to the use, processing, or settlement of transactions involving the Booster Card, the Mastercard Network Rules shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
X.2. Mastercard Marks. The Mastercard name, logo, and associated marks are the trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. Nothing in these Booster Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in the Mastercard marks.
X.3. Network Modifications. Mastercard may modify its Network Rules from time to time. FNBL may modify, restrict, or discontinue certain features of the Booster Card to the extent required to comply with applicable Network Rules, without prior notice to you.
XI.1. FNBL may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Booster Services at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law, if:
(a) you breach these Booster Terms, the Terms, the Cardholder Agreement, or applicable law;
(b) any repayment transaction (Autopay or Manual Repayment) is declined, reversed, disputed, or returned unpaid, subject to Section 12.9 of the Booster Terms, the Cardholder Agreement, and applicable law;
(c) FNBL suspects fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse, security risks, or other suspicious activity in connection with your Booster Card;

(e) you no longer satisfy applicable eligibility, underwriting, compliance, or operational requirements;
(f) such action is required for legal, regulatory, risk management, operational, or fraud prevention purposes;

(h) you use your Booster Card for any illegal purpose or in violation of any material term of the Cardholder Agreement or these Booster Terms;
(i) you file a bankruptcy petition, a bankruptcy petition is filed against you, or you make a general assignment for the benefit of creditors;
(j) you permanently reside outside the United States; or
(k) any government authority takes action that we believe adversely affects your financial condition or your ability to repay your Outstanding Balance.
XI.2. Upon suspension, restriction, or termination of the Booster Services:
(a) your right to access and use the Booster Services shall immediately cease to the extent specified by FNBL;
(b) pending transactions may be cancelled or declined, except that any Autopay that has already been initiated or scheduled prior to suspension will continue to be collected notwithstanding the suspension;
(c) repayment obligations and Outstanding Balances shall remain due and payable in full, and termination does not affect your obligation to repay any amount incurred prior to the effective date of termination; and
(d) FNBL may take any action permitted under these Booster Terms, the Terms, the Cardholder Agreement, or applicable law.
XI.3. Failure to pay the full Outstanding Balance by the applicable Due Date may result in your account becoming delinquent. The following consequences apply progressively as delinquency continues:
(a) One day past Payment Due Date: we may send you communications reminding you that payment is due and requesting immediate payment of your Outstanding Balance;
(b) Thirty (30) days past Payment Due Date: if your Outstanding Balance remains unpaid, we may suspend or cancel your Booster Card, deny authorization of further transactions, and report your Booster Card delinquency status to consumer reporting agencies;
(c) 180 days past the Payment Due Date on which payment was first missed without resolution: we may charge off your Outstanding Balance, continue to accrue any applicable fees while any amount remains outstanding, and pursue collection through any lawful means including filing a lawsuit.
Charge-off of your Outstanding Balance and any related adverse account events will be reported to TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax in accordance with applicable law. For the complete description of Default events, consequences, and your rights in connection with a Default, see the Account Default section of the Cardholder Agreement.

XIII.3. Any fees charged in connection with the Booster Services may be added to your Outstanding Balance and collected in accordance with your repayment schedule, your ACH Debit Authorization, these Booster Terms, and applicable law.
XIV.1. FNBL may amend these Booster Terms from time to time.
